October Monthly Check in

What a great check in we had October 11, 2025. I want to thank all of our nets who worked very hard to make it possible.

2RG7111 Rusty from South Carolina, 2RG2302 Dave in Pennsylvania, 123RG1634 Frankie in the blue waters of Bermuda, 2RG921 Kenny from the great state of Texas and from the Show me state of Missouri 2RG032 Tom, who worked the 11 meter nets. 

2RG0177 Jim in Pennsylvania worked the Zello Channel and did a great job of getting our members who didn't have conditions to get checked in on the air.

2RG166 Donald out of Kentucky and 2RG104 Jeff in Arkansas via Oklahoma ran the Facebook Livestream check in.

I would like to also Thank 2RG980 Dwayne and 2RG981 Mary who came up from southwest Oklahoma and 2RG4744 Mark and 2RG4745 Sue along with their granddaughter Addie who came up to Guthrie Oklahoma to the bluegrass festival with 2RG105 Miss Jess and I. 

We did the livestream from Stillwater Oklahoma from our campground and had a great weekend.

August Monthly Check in and totals

August was our second highest monthly check in results. Looks like conditions for 11 meter maybe trying to come back. I am looking at conditions becoming stronger by the time we reach October.

June Monthly Check in and Totals

Hello, Romeo Golf Family! It's time once again for the Romeo Golf DX Club monthly check-in this Saturday, June 14th! What's that you say? There's no conditions! Welp, about that. See, we know all too well how poor conditions have been lately. Hold on! Hear me out! Because of that, we are going to give you more opportunities to check in. Of course, try the radio first. Mark RG4744, Rusty RG7111, Dave RG2302, and Tom RG032 will be monitoring channel 35 LSB (27.355) from 8a-6p EDT. If you have no luck there, hop on the Romeo Golf Zello channel and check in there! Jim RG0177 will be hanging out on Zello from 9a-6p EDT! If you would like to join Zello, PM Mark RG4744, Jim RG0177, or Jeff RG104, and we will get you on there. Of course, you can also check in on Facebook. Jeff RG104 will be hanging out on Facebook all day and may even do a pop-up livestream or two! So, join us this Saturday! April Poker Run Results

Had a wonderful time with the April poker run Check in. Conditions were not the greatest and looks as though they may be changing for the summer. Romeo Golf will stay active through the 11 meter radio and other forms of media and social platforms to keep the lines of communication open. 

A great big thanks to all of our Nets who pitched in and helped out with the Romeo Golf DX run monthly check in. 

Also a big shout out to our First and second place check ins.

2RG507 Danny out of Kentucky with 3 net check ins and drawing the winning hand of a Queen high with an 8 of clubs kicker

2RG0177 Jim from Pennsylvania who matched the Queen high but could only follow that up with a 4 of Diamonds kicker.

This was a proto-type run, even with conditions being very poor the group feels like it was a success, so look forward to more check ins on this theme when conditions pick back up

February Check in

Romeo Golf DX club is not just a radio club for the "guys" we promote a family environment and hobby. This month we are pleased to announce that our nets will be made up of husband and wife teams, the "Sweethearts" The ladies will start the shift and the hubbies will follow. Should be loads of fun, with our Cupid early bird kicking things off at 8am eastern time.  The check in is open to Romeo Golf operators and guest. You may check in with more than one net. Saturday should be a fun filled day of contacts. If you are looking to Join the Romeo Golf DX club, Saturday would be a great day to get your verification contact and join the club. Hope to see you there. 

Monthly Check-ins

Each month the Romeo Golf hold a check-in for all Romeo Golf DX club members and guest.

All Check in Times are listed in Eastern Time Zone

We include an Early Bird Check begins at 8:00am Eastern time

Our normal Club Check-in runs from 10:00am till 6:00pm Eastern time

If conditions are running well, we hold an After Party which will begin at 6:00pm till conditions fade.

It is a fun filled and packed day of contacting Romeo Golf Nets across the United states, Canada and around the world. CQ CQ Romeo Golf Coming through. 

Friday night fireside chat and check-in

Every Friday afternoon and evenings we hold a Fireside Chat and Check in. 

It is hosted by a different Romeo Golf DX club member each week. 

We hold radio discussions as well as games, contest, trivia and old fashion round tables. It is a time for friends from all over the globe to come together, no matter the skip conditions.
